Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing production processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop technical skills, and apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. As a Manufacturing Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of the production environment, from designing layouts to enhancing operational efficiency through the use of manual tools and innovative solutions.

You will report to a Manufacturing & ROS Manager.

This position is located in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and optimization of production layouts.
• Utilize manual tools to improve production processes.
• Develop and update work instructions.
• Support the manufacturing team in daily operations.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Currently pursuing an engineer degree with at least 1 year remaining until graduation. (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanical, etc)
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis.
