What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the charge in transforming new product designs from concepts to production-ready masterpieces.
• Revamp and enhance existing products with innovative redesigns and updates.
• Craft and implement design specifications and manufacturing processes for both new and seasoned products.
• Play a key role in ensuring safety, creating design layouts, and developing prototypes.
• Oversee departments that are crucial to the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate on product testing and uphold top-notch quality standards.
• Coordinate the procurement of essential raw materials and components.
• Keep everyone in the loop with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support major projects as directed by senior management, bringing your unique touch to each one.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is highly valued, but we’re open to considering candidates with an Associate's degree.
• Between 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Manufacturing is a big plus.
• Familiarity with BOMs, routings, and conducting time and motion studies to set standards.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems for planning and scheduling.
• Proven track record of implementing quality assurance programs.
• Skilled in sampling and final inspection of finished products.
• Comfortable using calibration tools and instruments.
