About the Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you’ll lead process improvements, support new product builds, and ensure the serviceability and reliability of our instruments. You’ll work cross-functionally across mechanical, electrical, and optical systems—bringing technical ideas to life on the production floor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and improve manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency
  • Support product launches with tooling, layout, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and calibration issues
  • Collaborate on automation and process optimization projects
  • Draft SOPs, manage BOMs, and support continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or product support environment
  • Proficiency in PCB layout/designcircuit troubleshooting, and electronic test equipment
  • Familiarity with automation programming, sensors, embedded systems, or firmware is a plus
