Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer CNC Department Supervisor located in Macomb, MI. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day tasks in the CNC department, managing manufacturing processes, and ensuring industrial and mechanical engineering standards are met.

• Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering skills
• Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering knowledge
• Experience in Machining
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
