CEIS | Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers to support a high-profile scientific infrastructure upgrade project involving the production and assembly of precision-engineered systems. This role involves developing manufacturing plans, coordinating with fabrication partners, and supporting the integration of electromechanical assemblies and high-tolerance components. Ideal candidates will have experience working in R&D or advanced manufacturing environments and be comfortable interfacing with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced technical settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review manufacturing processes, specifications, and build plans for high-precision hardware.
• Collaborate with design engineers, quality specialists, and technical leads to ensure manufacturability and adherence to requirements.
• Coordinate fabrication efforts with external vendors and internal resources.
• Provide technical oversight during production and assembly, with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Support documentation, inspection criteria, and test protocols throughout the production lifecycle.
• Lead or contribute to problem-solving efforts, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in precision assembly, instrumentation, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with clean assembly environments, vacuum systems, or custom scientific instrumentation is a plus.
• Proficiency with CAD interpretation, manufacturing documentation, and ERP or MRP systems.
