Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to take ownership of the quality assurance process across our cloud supply management platform— ensuring stability, accuracy, and a seamless experience for our users.

This is a hands-on role focused on application and platform-level testing, with an emphasis on structured workflows, user-facing features, and UI-driven behaviour. You’ll work closely with engineering and product to simulate real user flows, validate end-to-end functionality, and ensure the platform behaves reliably across scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review feature specs and user stories to understand workflows, data dependencies, and business logic.
  • Design and maintain structured test plans and test cases focused on UI behaviour, platform consistency, and real-world use cases.
  • Execute tests across web and mobile interfaces, validating front-end functionality, responsiveness, and visual integrity.
  • Ensure end-to-end data and workflow integrity—such as shipment creation, updates, notifications, and reporting.
  • Identify and document issues clearly and collaborate with developers to verify fixes and improvements.
  • Maintain and evolve test documentation to support regression cycles and platform expansion.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute feedback on usability, UX, and edge cases.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2 years of QA experience with platform or SaaS applications, especially user-facing systems.
  • Proven experience in UI and functional testing, including structured workflows and multi-step user flows.
  • Ability to translate complex user stories into detailed, actionable test cases.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) for future automation readiness.
  • Knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman) and basic scripting capabilities.
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or operational platforms.
  • Understanding of CI/CD environments and version control workflows.
