Job Description
15+ years of overall experience, and at least 5+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as the Technical Architect or overall Technical Lead
Knowledge of functional processes, and concepts in Financials, Projects, and Supply Chain to be able to fully support the technical aspects of any Oracle Cloud implementation project.
Experience in Oracle Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, Open Interface tables etc including knowledge of SaaS, and PaaS integrations, VBCS, hybrid integration approaches with on-premise applications.
Provide technical expertise to customers to help with legacy data extraction, cleansing, and mapping data between legacy system to oracle file-based data loader templates (FBDI & HDL)
Experience with multiple oracle reporting tools - OTBI, BI Publisher, Apex, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio - creating reports, analyses and dashboards and writing complex SQL queries
Understanding of security architecture, user roles and data access in Oracle Cloud. Ability to create custom roles as per business requirements.
Mandatory - Excellent written, and verbal communication. Demonstrated leadership skills.
Mandatory - Must be able to lead, and manage technical design workshops (including developing powerpoint decks, and strategy documents), development of RICE/ CEMLI objects and clearly communicating status to senior customer users
Mandatory - Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Must demonstrate extensive knowledge and success as a team leader by supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation. Prior experience guiding a team offshore, and working seamlessly, and effectively with Offshore
Answering questions and providing guidance to less-experienced staff.
