Job Details

Our Companies in various diversified areas of interests such as: Agric Processing, Food processing, Mining and Forestry are looking for Directors to be interfacing between the companies and the Government External Regulatory Agencies – Ministries, Departments, Agencies and Other Parastatals.

Main Functions of Such Directors

• Represent Companies at different fora of Government meetings
• Engage and Consult with relevant Stake holders in the business arena and give accurate feedback
• Report all activities and findings to our Senior Management especially the Chairman and Director (W/A) Business Operations
• Advise Management on new Government policies, directives, incentives and other necessary information as and when the need for such arises.

Qualities of Such Directors

• Should be either a retired Snr Civil Servant or Senior person from a well-known Private Company
• Such a retired Civil Servant should not be less than Level 15 and above or a Director in a private organization
• Should be prominent in the Government circle especially at the Ministries, Departments and Agencies
• Should be liaison officers between our companies and the senior Government officials on issues relating to operation and administration.
• Should have deep knowledge and understanding of how each of the businesses is run and be answerable for such. 

Other Attributes

• Should be well – educated and possess right attitude and disposition
• Should not be Politicians or having political background or having affiliate with any of the Political Parties in Nigeria
• Should be good looking, articulate and be presentable with good charisma
• Should be proficient in both written and oral communication

Experience:

• Work: 10 years minimum (Required)
