JOB REQUISITION Managing Director - ES LOCATION BURBANK JOB DESCRIPTION Robert Half Executive Search (RH ES) has experienced significant year over year growth and are seeking a Managing Director (MD) to join the team in the Los Angeles, California area. In this boutique-like environment, the MD is focused on business development efforts to obtain retained search engagements with clients and manage the overall engagement delivery process. In this role, s/he will build a trusted advisor relationship with clients which includes, understanding their business, culture, and talent acquisition needs; sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the interview process; and as the subject matter expert, providing consultative advice and guidance on executive search best practices. The MD will oversee and drive the search engagement process which includes client management, search strategy development, position specification development, candidate assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding facilitation. Compensation and Work Arrangement This position will report to the Senior Group Managing Director covering the region. This role is based in the Los Angles, California area and in-office work 1-2x a week will be required. The compensation for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
