Sea Glass Properties is seeking an experienced and driven Managing Broker to lead and grow an office with us. With locations in the US Virgin Islands, Charleston SC, Wilmington NC, and Martha’s Vineyard, we specialize in lifestyle and waterfront real estate.

We’re looking for a broker who is not only licensed and experienced but also entrepreneurial—someone with a team or the willingness to build one, and a passion for leadership, recruiting, and delivering exceptional client service.

What We’re Looking For:

• An active Managing Broker’s license (or equivalent, depending on state)

• A proven ability to recruit, train, and support agents

• A team leader or broker-owner looking to scale or align with a growing brand

• Strong knowledge of the vacation rental / lifestyle real estate market

• A passion for collaboration, service, and building long-term value

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, compliance, and agent support in your office

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor agents to grow the local market presence

• Serve as the primary resource for contracts, training, and transaction guidance

• Drive production and performance through coaching and accountability

• Promote the Sea Glass brand and uphold company values in the local market

• Collaborate with the leadership team on strategy, marketing, and expansion
