Summary

The Programme of Retail Fundraising Division is aimed at obtaining support from individual donors who can contribute between INR 20,000 – 1 lac in the form of donations to the cause of the organization. The Senior Manager – Key Donors & Work Place Giving will be primarily responsible for the scaling up the programme and monitoring its progress and expansion in line with the overall strategy of the division.

The individual will work towards acquiring and expanding the Key donor base for the organization, and for the positioning of WWF India under this segment.

The concerned person will also be responsible for driving and managing Work place Giving and meet desired targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Programme Development & Implementation

  • KEY DONORS:
  • Scale up programme with focus on new acquisition, manage day-to-day operations and oversee its expansion according to the defined strategy/plan.
  • Conceptualize and implement innovative multi-channel strategies for acquisition, retention and expansion of donor’s base.
  • Develop and manage the annual plan, budget reporting and analysis for the programme.
  • Monitor the programme's progress and recommend changes to its design and strategy based on data driven insights and best practices in the industry.
  • Ensure goals are met in fundraising targets.
  • Create awareness about the mid-level supporter fundraising through training and collaboration.
  • WORK PLACE GIVING:
  • To acquire new partnerships for Work Place Giving Channel of funds & meet desired targets.
  • Approach corporates and seek permissions to get regular donations from employees via payroll or online giving platforms.


Communication, Outreach & Stakeholder Management-

  • Manage external communication and build relationships with donors via different channels.
  • Maintain the quality of communication with donors through regular monitoring and training.
  • Develop outreach plans that demonstrate appreciation, recognition and engagement of donors.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal teams on creative design, messaging and data segmentation for mid- level prospect communications
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to get the collaterals developed for Work Place Giving.


Team Management –

  • Responsible for managing and driving a team of 4-5 people and ensure that they are meeting their defined deliverables.
  • Define clear performance objectives for the team members and monitor them in real time.
  • Develop team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback mechanisms.
  • Create and maintain a healthy working environment in the programme. Manage conflicts and grievance in the team.
