At HME you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while developing our future products. Come join our team! HME is recruiting for a Manager, Training and Talent Development. The Manager, Training and Talent Development, plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance by working across multiple talent areas. This includes identifying critical workforce requirements such as skills, competencies, and performance outcomes necessary to achieve current and future business results. Key responsibilities encompass career development, talent assessment, performance management, employee engagement, workforce and succession planning, and leadership assessment and development. What you will do in this position: * Create and Develop Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and enhance employee skills and performance. * Ensure Succession Planning: Develop and oversee succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in key roles and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership positions. * Performance Management Process: Manage the company-wide performance management process. * Analyze Performance: Assess employee performance to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. * Manage Budget: Oversee the learning and development budget to ensure effective use of resources. * Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with department leaders to identify performance needs and recommend future training programs. * Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, including managing employee engagement surveys to gather insights and improve organizational culture. * Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to implement new strategies for improving training programs. What you will need to succeed in this position: * Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering training to adult learners. * Minimum of 2 years' experience managing employees. * BA or BS (college graduate) - Required. * Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate and present information appropriate to audience. * Possesses strong business acumen and demonstrates global and cultural awareness. * Excellent organizational skills. * Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Able to ask open-ended questions, listen intently, and facilitate effective conversations and training. * Previous experience developing e-Learning content and delivering virtual instruction a plus. * Knowledge of performance management, adult learning theory, instructional design, and program management methodologies. * Occasional travel as required Pay Range: $112,700 - $150,200 per annum. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
