We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager in San Diego or within the surrounding areas. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for selling Anlin Windows & Doors products , promoting sales growth and business opportunities through providing top-notch product expertise , business counsel , and marketing advice.

Total Compensation: Base + Commission

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling Anlin Windows & Doors products to existing dealer accounts in a given territory.
• Responsible for exceeding sales budget and key sales performance metrics.
• Work with dealers to advise their customers as to the best Anlin solutions available to them.
• Provide business counsel and marketing advice to dealers to drive sales growth.
• Provide aftermarket sales and service support to customers in concert with dealers.
• Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with inside sales reps, production personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery.
• Reflect MITER Brands’ guiding principles and quality pillars in all business interactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 year undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent Sales experience.
• Experience in the building products industry is preferred.
• Experience working with dealer accounts in a given region/ territory.
• Availability for minimal overnight travel.
• Basic computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to successfully manage customer expectations by providing superior service to each customer.
• Able to interface and communicate effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of an organization.
