Position Details
Location: Winter Haven and Bartow
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Status: Fulltime, Exempt
The Manager, Team Member Relations Is Responsible For
The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.
Serve as a dedicated HR partner for Physician Residents and Core Faculty, guiding them through HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment matters.
Manage the Resident Remediation process, ensuring appropriate support and adherence to regulations.
Education
Minimum Qualifications:
Required : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Preferred : Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience
Required : 5 years in Human Resources , including at least 3 years in Employee Relations .
Preferred : 3 years of management experience .
Experience in HR functions supporting Physician Residents , including:
Resident remediation processes
Compliance with employment laws and accreditation standards
