Position Details

Location: Winter Haven and Bartow

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Status: Fulltime, Exempt

The Manager, Team Member Relations Is Responsible For

• The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.
• Serve as a dedicated HR partner for Physician Residents and Core Faculty, guiding them through HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment matters.
• Manage the Resident Remediation process, ensuring appropriate support and adherence to regulations.
  
  

Education

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Preferred : Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• Required : 5 years in Human Resources , including at least 3 years in Employee Relations .
• Preferred : 3 years of management experience .
• Experience in HR functions supporting Physician Residents , including:
• Resident remediation processes
• Compliance with employment laws and accreditation standards
