Position Overview:

The Manager, Supply Chain & Customer Integration will be responsible for leading Kinetyc’s external-facing supply chain strategy and execution. This includes supplier management, procurement, demand planning, and customer commercial interface. The role is critical in ensuring customer expectations are met while supply partners are aligned with cost, delivery, and scalability targets.

This externally facing role requires a high level of customer and supplier interaction, relationship building, and strategic problem solving. Ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and has a passion for building reliable, growth-ready supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:



 

Customer Integration & Commercial Support



- Serve as the primary commercial contact for Kinetyc customers, managing forecasts, pricing, and delivery commitments.

- Lead customer quoting, pricing updates, and long-term commercial planning in collaboration with executive leadership.

- Translate customer requirements into executable supply chain and production actions.

- Manage ongoing communications with customers regarding performance, risk mitigation, and improvement initiatives.



Procurement & Supplier Management



- Source and manage suppliers for prototype and production needs, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

- Lead supplier negotiations to drive cost competitiveness, quality standards, and lead time commitments.

- Develop supplier relationships that support Kinetyc’s growth in electrification and energy-focused markets.

- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.



Supply Chain Planning & Operations



- Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and materials flow across all active programs.

- Implement MRP systems and PO tracking mechanisms to support operational readiness.

- Ensure material availability aligns with build plans and customer shipment schedules.

- Support ERP integration and system improvements as the business scales.



Cross-Functional Collaboration



- Interface regularly with engineering, program management, operations, and quality teams.

- Represent customer and supplier voice in program reviews, launches, and change management processes.

- Participate in customer and supplier site visits, audits, and business reviews.

 

Qualifications:

 

- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or customer-facing program roles in manufacturing.

- Strong track record of managing supplier and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

- Skilled in contract negotiation, cost analysis, and commercial program support.

- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders.

- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for execution and continuous improvement.
