Summary

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth
  • Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
  • Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
  • Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities
  • Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree/MBA
