Job Description:
This is a senior level hands on recruitment manager role with covering 360 life cycle of IT Infrastructure recruiting starting from sourcing through on-boarding for all Enterprise Services roles.
As a senior person, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top IT Infrastructure Senior/strategic talent for Stefanini clients in US, EMEA, and India. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring that we attract and retain highly skilled professionals to meet our client needs.
IT Infrastructure Recruitment Manager will be based in India at Noida. This position will support all IT Infrastructure hiring for our practice positions and for our clients in US, EMEA and India for Northen Hemisphere division. This position is for hands on recruitment and the person will work with all the Top Leaders in India.
IT Infrastructure Recruitment Manager/Sr. Manager will do:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and networking, to identify potential IT Infrastructure candidates for leadership levels.
As a hands-on recruiter –
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
- Collaborate with stakeholders or BU leaders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing and progress to stakeholders.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence for our company to attract potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the company and the role.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate salary/rate negotiations with candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the offer acceptance and onboarding process.
- Maintain relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.
- Understand the competitive landscape and salary trends to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and communications.
As a manager/sr. Manager -
- Manage and mentor a team of 6-10 recruiters
- Requirement allocation and closures
- Accountable for on-time requirement fulfillment and productivity of team members
- Stakeholder management and relationship building
- Daily, weekly and monthly report distribution
- JD creation and responsible for accurate intake sessions
- Compliance management
- ATS and job boards management and process adherence
- Market study and current trends information. Competitor information and strategic approach to get required resource
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, IT, etc.), post-Graduation preferred.
- Must have experience working in fast paced environment.
- Able to pick up things quickly and grasp.
- 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years’ experience in Infrastructure hiring
- Hit the ground running from day 1. Aggressive, positive, not giving up – key characters for this role.
- Proven experience in IT industry in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the IT industry.
- Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Strong multitasking skills.
