Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as lead for coordination and approval on various departmental project requests for existing stores including but not limited to Program Rollouts, Widget Projects, and Operations Requests
* Serve as lead on coordinating bidding process, including but not limited to, collecting & reviewing bids, providing recommendation regarding which bid(s) are accepted and participating in the final bid acceptance decision making process
* Serve as lead on efforts between architects and engineers as architectural engineering drawings are created
* Serve as lead on coordinating with governing agencies for permitting of smaller scale minor construction projects
* Manage smaller scale minor construction projects, to ensure that projects are completed per project specs, on time, on budget
* Responsible for invoice review, invoice approvals, budget preparation and budget compliance for approved projects
* Provide value engineering recommendations for projects and bring recommendations to team
* Travel to job sites as needed; may require overnight approx. 30% of time
* Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications: Education
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of College, University or Technical School
Qualifications: Experience
* 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
* Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate-level Excel skills
Qualifications: Competencies
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
* Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
* Practice in showing interest in what others have to say, acknowledging their perspectives and ideas

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $92k - $105k + DOE + Bonus Opportunity
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
