Software Development Engineer- Mesh and Geometry

Primary Roles And Responsibilities Of The Position

• Design, develop and maintain geometric/mesh generation/mesh manipulation algorithms, tools and user interfaces.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.
• High proficiency in mathematics, discrete geometry and numerical techniques
• Proficiency in C++ programming and object-oriented application design
• Experience or knowledge of parallel programming and related data structures will be plus
• Understanding of CAD/CAE element software a plus
• Experience with Agile and lean software development processes is also a plus.
• Requires good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  
  
  

Must Have Expertise In

• Experience in developing geometric/mesh generation/mesh manipulation algorithms and related data structures in industry, research, or academia
• High proficiency in mathematics, discrete geometry and numerical techniques
• Knowledge of Data structures and Algorithms
• Object Oriented Design Skills & usage of UML Diagrams
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Ready to work in dynamic environment and on different technologies
• Should be able to deliver assignments with high quality while adhering to schedule
