Job Role: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager
You should apply if you have:
- 6-9 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven success managing and scaling brand social media accounts.
- Prior experience with influencers, especially in health, wellness, or fitness (strong plus).
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the influencer ecosystem.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A creative mindset to design and execute engaging content strategies.
- Analytical abilities to track and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and influencer management platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience using basic design/video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

What will you do?
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand’s voice and audience.
- Manage influencer outreach, contracts, deliverables, and ensure timely payments.
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to ensure brand-aligned content.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
- Track and analyze metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage community engagement through DMs, comments, and active interaction.
- Provide data-driven reports and recommendations for improvement.
