Summary

Job Role: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager


You should apply if you have:

  • 6-9 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Proven success managing and scaling brand social media accounts.
  • Prior experience with influencers, especially in health, wellness, or fitness (strong plus).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A creative mindset to design and execute engaging content strategies.
  • Analytical abilities to track and optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and influencer management platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience using basic design/video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

  • Lack of familiarity with influencer and social media analytics tools.
  • Don’t stay updated on evolving social media trends, algorithms, or influencer marketing strategies.
  • Prefer rigid work structures and feel uncomfortable in dynamic, collaborative environments.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand’s voice and audience.
  • Manage influencer outreach, contracts, deliverables, and ensure timely payments.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to ensure brand-aligned content.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Track and analyze metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage community engagement through DMs, comments, and active interaction.
  • Provide data-driven reports and recommendations for improvement.


Work Experience:

  • 6-9 years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
