The ideal candidate would be someone who has:

· Trade marketing exposure.
Will be responsible for:
· To support sales team in resolving the grievances of trade partners in fulfilment and returns.
· Escalate service level issues to the relevant department to ensure resolution in agreed TAT.
· Ensuring productivity of SE’s through proper monitoring to their movement / output and flashing it in dashboard.
· Follow-up with trade partners for timely payment collection to ensure smooth on-time dispatches.
· Escalate any issues related to service level/quality etc., at distributor/retailer level to concerned through on SOP to get it redressed.
· Pass on BI inputs to relevant stakeholders in a periodical manner.
· Participate in Review meeting with desired data / analytics inputs.
· Improvement program by co-ordination with filled team.
· Meet distributors once a month to redress the concerns and discuss any pain points that needs redressal.
· Analyze Market intelligence report & share feedback with CRO periodically.
· Plan and formulate trade scheme through proper SOP/feedback.
· Manage productivity of Key outlets through data capturing & analytics/ target setting.
· Coordinate with logistics for ensuring proper service level issues.
· Trade grievance redressal as per SOP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
