We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Manager, Quality Systems with expertise in vendor management to help elevate our Quality Management System (QMS). This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and contribute directly to our mission of bringing life-changing therapies to patients. Experience with Veeva QualityDocs and eQMS platforms is a strong plus. Your Role * Own and manage our GxP vendor qualification and approval process, including oversight of the Approved Vendor List. * Coordinate audits from start to finish-contracting, scheduling, auditor assignment, and follow-up on observations. * Collaborate with vendors and internal subject matter experts to ensure timely and effective audit responses. * Keep the vendor management program inspection-ready and fully aligned with compliance standards. * Track and support both internal and external audit programs. * Contribute to Inspection Readiness activities and provide support during regulatory inspections. * Participate in Quality Management Reviews, including metrics and data analysis. * Help manage the Veeva Document Management System and ensure optimal use across GxP functions. * Track and support quality events (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls) for timely resolution. * Engage in cross-functional compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Your Background * 4+ years of experience in pharma/biotech Vendor Management and auditing. * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus. * In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and QA best practices. * Experience with Quality Systems development is highly desirable. * Proficiency in electronic management systems (Veeva experience preferred). * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
