Job Description

• Manage a team of engineers. Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, quality standard, and other areas.
• Oversee the activity of the manufacturing quality assurance, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality to meet product/process quality expectations.
• Assess the effectiveness of changes made to meet product / process quality.
• Develops and implements strategies to increase process quality performance through statistical methods and IR 4.0.
• Working with operating staff to establish, maintains procedures, standards and quality systems
• Implements audits throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards and company policies and specifications are met.
• Collaborates with other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with delivered products.
• Conducts or assists with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifies, recommends, or executes corrective actions.
  
  

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Proven experience in high volume semicond Quality Engineering
• Require a minimum of 3 years+ of management experience.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of relevant quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF16949 and statistical methods and techniques.
