Role summary:

Job Title: Manager - Public Relations

Location: Mumbai

Total experience in PR needed: 5-6 Years

Vertical: BFSI


Key Responsibilities:


Client Servicing & Retention:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic counsel, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Understand client business objectives and align PR strategies to support their goals.
  • Lead the execution of PR campaigns, media outreach, and content development in line with client expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports and presentations to demonstrate campaign success.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to enhance retention.


New Business Development (NBD):

  • Identify potential business opportunities through networking, industry research, and market analysis.
  • Assist in proposal development, pitch presentations, and strategic planning for prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, media landscape changes, and emerging communication tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients and delivering impactful PR campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong media relations and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to think strategically, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
