Guide teams to define and gain approval of project charters - outlining objectives, project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, RACI, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain.
Execution & Coordination
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and kept informed of project developments in a timely manner.
Identify and mitigate risks or potential delays in project timelines.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress, timelines, and performance indicators.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Adjust project plans as necessary to ensure success, understanding impact to critical path.
Vendor And Client Management
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, or service providers as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Team Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration among teams such as supply chain, sales, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead productive project meetings and ensure clear communication/understanding among team members.
Quality Assurance
Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for improvement.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business operations and models as well as the critical business issues and requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in managing projects in an eCommerce context
Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, UI/UX, SEO and performance optimization.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana).
Knowledge of product development/supply chain life cycles and regulatory requirements for skincare products preferred.
Additional Skills And Abilities Include
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify or similar systems
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, time management and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Work Environment: The work is typically indoors in an office environment and will be in office and/or remote.
Work Hours: The position is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, in a hybrid office/remote setting with 2 days/week being remote work. Time of initial start may vary with work hours typically 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The employee may be required to work overtime and holidays or weekends.
Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols, ZO grooming, hygiene, and dress code requirements. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance and be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and other systems at a highly advanced level. The employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders including international affiliates.
