Summary

The Department

The Projects and Risk Management (PRM) Division is responsible for the Project Management, Governance and Implementation of Strategic Projects for the Club.

The Division has the following teams:

  • Project Execution;
  • Technical Services and Project Risk Management;
  • Operations Development; and
  • Enterprise Risk Management.


In order to secure seamless co-ordination and reporting, the Assistant Manager, Project Administration and Control will assist the Deputy Executive Manager, Project Administration and Control in the coordination of a portfolio of Strategic Projects working across different functions in PRM, and liaising with other business units of the Club, so that the key issues can be discussed/endorsed at various project governance meetings.

Analysis and prioritisation of critical path items will be required.

The Job

You will:

  • Assist the Deputy Executive Manager, Project Administration and Control in the coordination for all Strategic Projects in the PRM portfolio for project governance meetings.
  • Monitor task scheduling, resources allocation and budget
  • Track and report the status of follow-up items in Action Logs
  • Prepare Monthly Reports for Strategic Projects led and managed by PRM
  • Create dashboards for easy reference of critical paths, key issues and risks on a periodic basis for Business Manager and Project Manager.
  • Facilitate PRM Teams in preparing and managing project control documents
  • Communicate and liaise with relevant Business Units and other stakeholders to facilitate project management
  • Assist in revising corporate-level project management standards and guidelines owned and managed by PRM


About You

You should have:

  • Degree holder in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing corporate projects, programmes and communication plans
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Independent, energetic, self-motivated and innovative
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager, Project Administration and Control
