Job Summary Promotions and Programs deliver millions of dollars of incremental growth by incentivizing consumers to purchase, upsell or recommend Rentokil-Terminix products. The Manager of Program, Promotions & Campaigns for a specific group of products (eg, Termite/Home or Pest/Mosquito), develops strategies of marketing campaigns aligned to the growth strategy of a given product category. The role manages an on-going cross functional process for a given group of products, leading the efforts for all events to ensure branding, creative, ecommerce, SEM/Digital and Call Center/ Sales teams are aligned to the execution elements of each campaign within those product categories. The Manager conducts post promotional measurement of programs and promotions once developed and communicates results with recommendations on improvements to drive greater revenue, win rates and retention on future executions. Finance, HR, IT, Digital Marketing, Legal & M&A, etc) * NA VP Marketing, Residential * NA CMO * MVPs, Sales VPs/Directors * Key suppliers, partners and consultants Principal Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: * For a given set of products within a Residential Category (eg, Termite/Home Services or Pest/Mosquito), develops comprehensive consumer focused promotion and program strategy, partnering with the Product Marketing clients to ensure alignment to achieve/deliver the Product P&L goals * Analyzes past campaign performance for their assigned product category lines of business/products, and conducts market research with consumers to optimize offers and messaging * Generates actions plan to optimize future campaigns for a given set of products/lines of business * Manages a continuous process and ensures adherence to best practices across Marketing, Sales and Operations teams for a given set of products/lines of business * Leads development of A/B testing and experiments with paid media agency * Develops campaign calendar and works with cross-functional teams (Direct Mail, Email, Paid Media, Owned, Web) on the execution of campaigns * Partners with content and creative team on the creation of campaign assets * Informs content and creative team of learnings to enhance future campaigns * Tracks progress and analyzes the impact of each campaign/marketing initiative in order to provide insightful recommendation for a given set of products/lines of business * Generate new ideas to improve and optimize campaigns and marketing initiatives for a given set of products/lines of business * Manages current marketing partnership and develops new programs that contribute to revenue growth Required Experience * 5-7 years of Marketing experience * Experience in Product management strongly preferred * Strong presentation skills are required. * Strong data analytics skill sets required, particularly in post event evaluation / ROI measurement * Deep knowledge of consumer lead creation, development, nurturing, and management. * Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent planning and communication skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate. * Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must. * Fluent in cloud base Marketing Software a plus * Experience with the Google Platform is a plus. * Experience with consumer focused products and branding required * Strong understanding of Email marketing, SEM and customer relationship management (CRM) a plus Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics * High customer-first thinking and growth mindset. * Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of corporate marketing and influencing key financial performance indicators including content strategies, marketing and digital content. * Able to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details Formal Education, Qualifications or Training * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an Economics, Marketing or related subject * Master's Degree preferred * Physical Demands and Working Conditions * The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential function to this job.
