What you'll do... Position: Manager, Program Management Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 Duties: Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices. Implements program plans, changes, and solutions by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust; prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; ensuring resolution of critical issues; monitoring execution and milestones of the program or program; tracking and reviewing high-level deliverables; and preparing and presenting weekly performance reports to senior leadership. Evaluates program or program performance by comparing projections to actual results; identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data; conducting return-on-investment analyses; reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders; identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues; collaborating with teams across the company to leverage processes in order to increase service and product capabilities; and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables. Analyzes factors for program feasibility and creates solutions by assessing key opportunities; determining the strategic approach; identifying current state; conducting gap analyses; collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess needs and success measurements; developing cross-functional assessments and business cases for action; and presenting key opportunities and assessments to senior executives for review and approval. Executes complex programs by prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; escalating complex or difficult issues; providing informational presentations; managing stakeholder expectations; holding program team accountable for program delivery; and developing performance reports. This position does not supervise other employees. Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area. Skills required: Experience with business program management including driving impact and creating, launching, and owning complex strategic programs end to end. Experience with data visualization and analysis including translating complex data into actions and improvements using Looker, Tableau, and Excel. Experience with technical project management using Jira. Experience with Microsoft project including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with risk management for successful delivery of projects/programs. Experience with stakeholder management including product, legal, support, finance, and engineering. Experience with product roadmap cross functional collaboration. Experience with strategic project management including integrating business strategy and product operations. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. Salary Range: $121,701/year to $169,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
