We're looking for an experienced leader to lead the development of our new Operations applications, which are part of our Universal Engineering Sciences significant business transformation efforts. This is a key strategic role, as part of the ongoing growth and enhancement of our company. The solution being designed compiles the best practices across the 20+ companies acquired to-date to create a future way of doing business. The Manager, Program Management, is responsible for managing the on-time and on-budget delivery of the Operational Hub (group of several operational applications); with staggered delivery across the regions over the next two years. The Manager, Program Management, will be accountable for managing and tracking key project indicators, including schedule, budget, business requirements, technical delivery, and business readiness.
The incumbent must be able to help ensure stakeholders achieve successful implementations and maintain a centralized view of all initiatives, their prioritization and their interdependence for delivering against organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
+ Plan, coordinate, and document project related activities of large scale and highly visible projects that will vary in scope and affected business units, manage resources within assigned project teams in a matrix environment, and document the project's activities
+ Manage a portfolio of projects on behalf of the business customer and identify priorities, dependencies, and conflicts where multiple business initiatives are being managed
+ Manage and lead an assembled project team in effectively addressing the client's requirements according to the project's schedule and approved budget
+ Assess necessary skill sets and competencies of team members to accomplish project objectives, identify, and recommend specific resource requirements
+ Lead the acquisition of related software, products, and services
+ Conducts qualitative and quantitative research on project tasks, tools, and/or specifications
+ Completing any tasks assigned by the leaders in an efficient and timely manner
+ Travel is approximately 30-40%
Qualifications
+ Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
+ Preferred: Master's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
+ Preferred: PMP certification or similar certification
+ 5+ years previous experience in project management, consulting or a similar role
+ Business savvy; ability to connect the dots between functions and across various regions/ branches
+ Highly organized and able to multitask
+ Demonstrated strong partnering skills
+ Demonstrated strong presentation skills
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team
