ADI’s Global Procurement organization ensures our supply partners deliver quality goods and services at the best value while ensuring capacity, resiliency and progress towards our sustainability goals. Our Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) is a critical component of the organization and provides leadership, best practices, support and training for our team as well as our internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a Procurement COE Manager to lead this group.

Job Duties:

  • Leading procurement related systems management and administration including requisition tool harmonization and upgrades as well as SAP role management and ownership
  • Acting as the liaison for cross-functional processes between Legal, A/P, EH&S, Finance, Quality etc. Including documenting, updating, and rolling out new policies and processes as applicable
  • Leading all procurement aspects of compliance and audit including but not limited to ESG initiatives, DEI, DOD, Internal & External audits (both customer and EY)
  • Manage and present reporting including quarterly reports, savings, other relevant metrics
  • Set up and manage ADI’s vendor rating, scorecard, and supplier awards process

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience within a Procurement or Supply Chain function
  • 2-3 years of manager of people experience within procurement, engineering, or supply chain
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple tasks at once and switch between strategic and detail-oriented thinking
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
  • Effective Communicator with the ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships internally including cross functional and cross site collaboration
  • Understanding of cost modeling and business financial acumen preferred
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle as MRP system preferred
  • Strong IT skills. High Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Position may be hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 remote
  • Experience in Semiconductor industry a plus
