This is a central leadership role responsible for ensuring that systems, processes, and people are aligned for performance across all departments – including sales, stores, dispatch, admin, and project execution.

You’ll be the backbone of our internal operations, reporting to the Director Operations and ensuring accountability, team engagement, and seamless coordination.

• Design & enforce SOPs across all departments (sales, dispatch, admin, etc.)
• Ensure 100% compliance in reporting, task updates & documentation
• Conduct weekly reviews with team leads to track process adherence
• Identify and close operational gaps – from lead to order to dispatch
• Connect with staff to resolve people issues and drive accountability
• Ensure cross-functional coordination for smooth operations & timely execution
• Review team CRM entries, order status, task updates, and generate compiled reports
• Share consolidated operational and performance insights with the leadership

• 8–10 years of experience in operations, plant HR, or cross-functional team management
• Strong people management skills – practical, empathetic, and disciplined
• Proven experience in implementing systems & ensuring process adherence
• Exposure to working with CRMs, Google Sheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Background in manufacturing, green materials, construction, or SME environment preferred
