We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager: Oversight to lead and enhance relationships with key clients and vendors. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, support strategic vendor partnerships, and oversee service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client and vendor engagement
• Manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Oversee vendor relationships, performance, and alignment with business goals
• Analyse data to inform process improvement and reporting for senior leadership

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar environment, with at least 1–2 years in a junior management role
• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Management or a relevant field
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
