We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager of Order Management and Fulfillment to oversee and optimize orders and shipments from multiple locations and vendors. This position is responsible for reviewing and correcting inbound orders, ensuring accurate alignment of orders with available inventory, and determining the appropriate warehouse or vendor for fulfillment. Additionally, the role involves tracking orders throughout the entire delivery process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to other facilities or client event locations. In This Role, You Will: Key Responsibilities: Order Review & Correction: Review and validate inbound orders for accuracy, ensuring that all order details are complete and correct. Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, including missing information, incorrect quantities, or customer errors. Inventory Alignment: Match orders with available inventory across multiple warehouses or vendors as applicable, ensuring that products are in stock and ready for fulfillment within the required timelines. Work closely with Onsite PM teams to address inventory, content and timing concerns to optimize order placement. Warehouse & Vendor Coordination: Determine the most appropriate warehouse or third-party vendor to fulfill each order based on inventory availability, location, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with warehouse and vendor teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective fulfillment. Order Tracking & Delivery Management: Monitor the status of all orders from placement through to delivery, ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on order status, potential delays, and resolutions. Problem Resolution: Identify potential bottlenecks or issues in the order fulfillment process and work to implement corrective actions. Act as a point of contact for escalated issues related to order management, customer complaints, or delivery delays. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve order management processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (inventory, customer service, logistics) to implement best practices. Here's What You Need: Qualifications: Order Management, Pick Release Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics. Proven experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in a multi-location environment. Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external vendors. Proficiency in order management systems (OMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
