Job Description We have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager, Operations Support based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, MN. This role will leveraging strong Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in-store operations experience, leads and manages key Operations-related projects. Operates at both a strategic and a tactical level. Partners with colleagues and leaders in U.S. Operations, Concept Support Services, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders. This role is critical in driving efficiency, supporting franchisees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance. Key Accountabilities Include: Project Leadership: Leveraging strong in-store QSR operations experience and understanding, effectively and independently oversee and execute operational projects within scope and budget, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals: * Independently and effectively create and manage project plans, expectations, scope, and timelines, as well as key stakeholders, project milestones, decision makers, success metrics and communications. Ensure that all affected parties are informed and in support of the proposed plan. * Serve as the first line of communication with the IDQ field teams on assigned projects and strategic initiatives. Troubleshoot and recommend courses of action to resolve identified field-related issues. * Demonstrate initiative and planning skills, by proactively identifying issues and potential project-related problems, bringing together appropriate decision makers, suggesting resolution options when appropriate, and ensuring that the right decisions are made. * Analyze, develop, and track important company metrics against goals and providing timely and accurate reporting to company leaders. * Work with Analytics team to monitor key metrics and provide insights to leadership on project outcomes and operational performance. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability Other Duties as Needed: * Training and communication: Collaborate with appropriate colleagues to develop clear documentation, presentations, and training materials to support operational rollouts. * Respond to communications from customers and franchisees regarding operational issues in a timely manner. * Special assignments and other duties as needed per the direction of Director or VP of CSS. Qualifications Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Minimum 5 years of in-store QSR operations experience required, as a store manager, business franchise manager, etc. Strong understanding of in-store restaurant operations derived from personal frontline experience. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience successfully managing operations strategic initiatives and projects, including independently creating plans and managing stakeholders, scope and budget. * Excellent written and verbal business communication skills. * Demonstrated technical aptitude. Profiecient in Asana, Smartsheet, PowerPoint and MS Teams for workflow and communication. * Strategic mindset: Ability to go beyond task execution and think critically about long term improvements * Strong Communication and Collaboration: Track record of working collaboratively and effectively with Franchisees, operations field teams and corporate leadership. * Problem Solving Ability: Ability to navigate operational challenges and provide actionable solutions. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in QSR multi-unit franchise operations or training. * Certifications in project management is a plus. The US national base salary range for this position is $84,270- $103,231. This position is also eligible for a bonus. The base salary range displayed reflects the targeted hiring range for positions across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, work location and relevant education or experience. Work Environment Most positions located out of our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN will work a hybrid work schedule where you will work 2 collaboration days a week. Additional in office time may be required to support team/project needs. Positions will be identified as "remote eligible" when consideration will be given to candidates outside of drivable distance to our Bloomington office.
