Summary

Company Overview: 


Indra Holdings oversees the specialty regional rice brand SWAH, healthy functional beverage brand and a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage brand. As an early-stage startup focused on strategic growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Business Officer to join the Founder's Office, reporting to the Chairman. This pivotal role will help drive the development and execution of our business operations, shaping the future of our diverse portfolio.


Role Overview:

 Business Operations Manager with a background and expertise in Finance (CA certified), HR Operations and Legal operations. This role requires a candidate who can lead and streamline operations across these key functional areas, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and supporting the organization's strategic goals. This position will be groomed for a future COO role.

FMCG , Startup experience is preferred.

Candidates outside Mumbai will not be considered

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

∙ Lead and manage the operations within Finance, HR and Legal Functions.

∙ Manage financial Department to ensure optimal fiscal management, Capital Deployment and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

∙ Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's goals.

∙ Oversee legal matters, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with laws and regulations.

∙ Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and support strategic objectives.

∙ Develop strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities across Finance, and Legal Compiance.


Requirements:


∙ Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in Operations, with a proven track record in HR, finance, and legal compliance.

∙ At least 2 years of experience using Zoho tools and applications.

∙ Experience in Finance within the FMCG industry is mandatory.

∙ Chartered Accountant (CA) certification required.

∙ Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.

∙ Strong understanding of financial management, regulations and legal frameworks in India.

∙ Proven ability in team management, development, and policy formulation.

∙ Experience in  accounting procedures.

∙ Familiarity with corporate legal requirements and procedures for compliance.

∙ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

∙ Ability to develop and maintain cross-departmental relationships and processes.
