In this role, you will oversee the financial health of the firm, ensuring strong financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, and collaborate closely with the CFO and executive team to drive company performance while managing key relationships with investors and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's budgeting process and provide financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and operational efficiencies to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and analyses to assess new business initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for investor and client-facing financial communications, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Mentor and manage a growing finance team, fostering development and a collaborative environment.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5-8+ years of finance experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital; with 2-3+ years of operational finance and FP&A experience
  • Proven experience leading and managing finance operations in fast-paced, high-growth firms.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CFA is a plus).
