ZeroFox is looking for an experienced Manager of Sales Development to join our dynamic sales team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales growth, and cultivating a culture of high performance. The Manager of Sales Development will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage sales processes, and enhance team performance while ensuring alignment with ZeroFox's sales objectives and goals.
The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Sales and play a critical role in motivating and guiding the team to achieve their targets.
Role And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and best practices to improve team performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set team goals, and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies to generate leads and increase sales opportunities
- Analyze sales metrics and data to provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations for improvement
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales management
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of new sales staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Manager of Sales Development or similar sales leadership role, typically obtained in 5+ years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity sectors
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate a diverse sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity
Desired Qualifications And Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and experience working with sales analytics
- Previous experience in a technology-focused industry is preferable

- Total annual compensation $120,000 - $145,000 (Base Salary + Commissions)
