We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manager of Product to join our team in the Tech Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product engineering and a deep understanding of platform and SaaS. Equipped with a startup mindset, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development of new products, from ideation through launch, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products that align with our company mission and goals.
• Understand and advocate for our users, leveraging user research and analytics to drive product decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to challenge the status quo and drive product excellence.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in product engineering and platform/SaaS product management.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving growth.
• Strong user-centric mindset with experience in user research and user experience design.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and champion product vision to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering high-performing teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and creative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
