Job Description

The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the OSUMC IT department to ensure the availability and reliability of all OSUMC systems and networks, managing technology vendors, new system and technology implementation projects. The IT Operations manager must ensure that the OSUMC IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree – BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field

5+ Years Proven Experience in IT Management

Experience with system installations and implementations. Experience working in healthcare. Experience managing several projects and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience managing and communicating with third-party vendors.
