Thuma is seeking a talented and ambitious Manager of Graphic Design who has an exceptional eye for minimalistic and sophisticated design, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to make a meaningful impact at a design-focused company and provide leadership to the Graphic Design team.
The Manager of Graphic Design will play a key role in developing compelling, on-brand digital marketing materials that captivate audiences and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate brings a deep passion for typography, color theory, layout design, composition, film, and photography, combining these elements to produce innovative designs and videos that effectively meet marketing and brand objectives. In addition, this role includes leading and mentoring coaching and developing a small team of graphic designers, inspiring creativity, fostering professional growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cohesive work that aligns with the brand’s vision.
Thuma’s Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco. This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation Range
$120,000 - $140,000 a year
Thuma provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations.
