We have TWO openings: Sr Data Scientist & Manager, Analytics & Data Science

LOCAL CANDIDATES PLEASE: 1-2 days onsite in Reading, PA

6-12 month contract-to-hire - THESE WILL GO PERM

The Manager role will lead and mentor a team of junior data scientists and analysts responsible for delivering machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics projects. You will oversee the end-to-end process of discovery, modeling, and deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as IT and product teams. This role will also focus on developing your team’s skills in performing complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong Data Scientist background (6+ years)

Leadership/mentoring background or someone who wants to manage people (not needed for Sr Data Scientist)

Python and/or PySpark programming/scripting

Machine Learning/AI Technologies: Developed and Deploying these algorithms into applications

Compensation

$60-70hr. Converting Salary negotiable with client but will be around $140k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
