Join a high-performing loyalty and customer engagement team in a strategic analytics leadership role. You’ll lead a team of analysts to drive customer growth through data-driven marketing across multiple channels.
The Manager of Campaign Analytics will work closely with cross-functional leads to provide strategic solutions to business challenges and influence product and program initiatives to drive measurable ROI. This includes assessing campaign deliverables to prioritise high-value analytics work and aligning resource allocation with campaign investment.
As part of the role, you will develop reporting frameworks and analytics methodologies to ensure campaigns maximise revenue and align with broader business objectives, contributing to significant revenue outcomes.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and optimising campaign processes, ensuring the adoption of industry best practices. Additionally, you will be accountable for the accuracy of campaign targeting and lead management, including compliance with privacy laws, anti-spam regulations, and contractual obligations. This role also leads governance practices to protect customer data and personal information.
