Description
We are looking for a skilled Manager of Applications Development to lead and contribute to full-stack development projects in Wheaton, Illinois. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in C# and .NET, who are passionate about creating new systems and delivering high-quality applications. Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using C# and .NET technologies.
Create new systems from the ground up, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Develop backend components to support robust and efficient application functionality.
Oversee the end-to-end development of a mobile application, including integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and ERP solutions.
Implement and manage Agile Scrum practices to ensure timely delivery of development projects.
Utilize cloud technologies and APIs to enhance application performance and scalability.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize application features and user experience.
Manage and prioritize tasks using tools like Atlassian Jira to streamline workflows.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements
Extensive experience in application development with a strong focus on C# and .NET.
Proficiency in backend programming and mobile application development.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, including their integration and customization.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience implementing them in development teams.
Skilled in working with cloud technologies and APIs for scalable solutions.
Hands-on experience with tools like Atlassian Jira for project management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of guiding development teams.
Background in A/B testing and optimizing application features for user engagement.
