Accounting Manager – Lead, Innovate, and Grow with Us!

PAY: $115,000 -130,000 plus bonus

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday Onsite

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to lead our client's team of two experienced Senior Accountants. In this role, you’ll own the month-end close process, review financial statements with a sharp eye for accuracy, and ensure account reconciliations are seamless. What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead & Mentor: Provide guidance and leadership to two Senior Accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

✅ Own the Close: Manage the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financials are accurate.

✅ Financial Statement Guru: Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring they tell the right story to key stakeholders.

✅ Reconciliation Expert: Oversee account reconciliations and implement best practices for accuracy and efficiency.

✅ Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline accounting operations.

✅ Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with finance and leadership teams to provide valuable insights and drive business success.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

🔹 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

🔹 Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

🔹 Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

🔹 A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
