• 5+ years of experience in new product development, specifically in the nutraceutical or health supplement industry
• A strong passion for creating innovative and market-ready products
• Hands-on experience with ingredient research and formulation
• Excellent execution and implementation capabilities – you get things done
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially GTM and Purchase
• Ability to visit and manage activities at manufacturing units
• Negotiation skills to handle vendor communications and cost discussions
• Graduated/Post Graduated in Food Technology

• Have no prior experience in the nutraceutical industry
• Prefer strategy over execution and don’t enjoy rolling up your sleeves
• Are not comfortable visiting manufacturing units or handling vendors directly
• Struggle with cross-functional collaboration, particularly with GTM and Purchase teams

What will you do?

• Lead the end-to-end development of new nutraceutical products from concept to commercialization
• Collaborate with the GTM team to conceptualize product ideas based on market demand
• Conduct research and development for new ingredients and formulations
• Visit manufacturing units to oversee sampling, trials, and ensure product feasibility
• Negotiate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other product requirements
• Coordinate with the Purchase team to ensure timely sourcing and procurement
• Work closely with GTM and Purchase teams to align development timelines and launch plans
