Inventory Management
Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures.
Determine the optimal inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
Manage the flow of materials from suppliers to the organization and to end-users. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Including FIFO concept.
Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems (e.g., ERP systems, barcode scanners).
Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and errors.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts or overstock situations.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor material management staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Cost Control
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in inventory management. Monitor material costs and analyze variances.
Quality Control, Compliance and Audit Supporting
Ensure that materials meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry standards related to material management.
Internal and External Audit support.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular reports on material management activities, including inventory level.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
10-20 Years Experience in Warehouse Management
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics.
Strong experience with ERP or MRP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
Excellent in presentation skill
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
