• Inventory Management
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures.
• Determine the optimal inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
• Manage the flow of materials from suppliers to the organization and to end-users. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Including FIFO concept.
• Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems (e.g., ERP systems, barcode scanners).
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and errors.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts or overstock situations.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor material management staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Cost Control
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in inventory management. Monitor material costs and analyze variances.
• Quality Control, Compliance and Audit Supporting
• Ensure that materials meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry standards related to material management.
• Internal and External Audit support.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on material management activities, including inventory level.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• 10-20 Years Experience in Warehouse Management
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics.
• Strong experience with ERP or MRP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
• Excellent in presentation skill
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
