The Job

 

  • Lead the project implementation of PropTech initiatives, focusing on COPA, SuperAPP, and new IoT systems provision
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery and effective cost control
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables
  • Evaluate new technologies and solutions for potential implementation in HKHS properties
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments on innovative solutions
  • Provide recommendations on technology adoption and integration with existing portfolios
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
  • Manage relationships with technology providers and startups
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Maintain documentation of technical specifications and operational procedures

 

The Person

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, Master degree is preferred
  • Professional qualification in relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Building Services, Electronics) is preferred
  • Recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in building services, engineering, property management, or related field
  • Strong track record in managing technology implementation projects
  • Experience with IoT systems, smart building solutions, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination
  • Technical proficiency in building services systems, IoT platforms, and smart building technologies
  • Strong understanding of property management operations and digital transformation principles
  • Project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in buildings / property management
  • Hands-on experience with system integration and API implementations is a plus
