OVERVIEW
Starting with a consumer's first online purchase or interaction, Hint's Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage, nurture, and retain customers throughout their entire journey - from initial touch to long-term advocacy. This position will report into the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing and Analytics, with strong-cross functional partnership across Brand, Creative, Digital Experience and DTC, E-Commerce, and Retail.
The ideal candidate will bring their vision to life by developing segmentation, communications and channel strategies to ensure that each customer receives the right message, at the right time and cadence, in the right place to maximize effectiveness and achieve business objectives. They will develop and execute a testing roadmap to continuously improve performance and prove/disprove hypotheses. Most importantly, they'll have a passion for omni-channel communication, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building high-impact campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and execute Hint's retention strategy, including campaign development and deployment across all CRM channels (email, SMS, site)
* Optimize existing and build new lifecycle flows with a focus on driving brand engagement, product purchase, up-sell and cross-sell
* Manage and grow the Hint customer database, developing and optimizing tactics for capturing emails/phone numbers
* Develop win-back campaigns for lapsed customers
* Manage all campaign performance and reporting, translating data and results into insights and actionable next steps (including future testing) to continuously optimize engagement strategies, improve metrics, and increase member lifetime value.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, DTC, E-Commerce and Retail to integrate lifecycle marketing into the broader marketing ecosystem, ensuring efforts align with business needs
* Drive segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time
* Stay ahead of industry trends in lifecycle marketing, personalization, and customer engagement to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
