Responsibilities
• Identify prospective tenants to market and conduct viewing with them, and deal with any follow-ups with prospect.
• Develop, plan, implement and monitor the execution of the marketing related activities to ensure set targets are achieved
• Develop new and repeated business opportunities via building long term customer relationships and providing a high level of service.
• Lead negotiations for new leases and oversee preparation of Lease Documentations and Approval Status
• Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space and providing up to date property and market advice and guidance to customers
• Handling of the Marketing Collaterals
• Assisting with customers' enquiries, feedbacks via phone, email and walk-in enquiries etc.
• Build networking channels with tenants and agents.
Requirements
• Experience in business parks / high-specs / light industrial assets highly preferred.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of relevant experience in marketing and leasing (preferably in industrial assets) is required for this position.
