How will you do it?
Payroll compliance
- Remittances of PF,PT,ESI LWF as per their due dates
- Coordination with Finance & another related departments for Payment & returns filing on monthly/quarterly/annually basis.
- Coordination with consultants to ensure all the payments & returns are filed on time
- Payment of Gratuity as per Gratuity Act
- Sole handedly managing notices of PF, PT,ESCI LWF etc. with respective Government offices
- Coordination with bank authorities for payments etc.
Shops & Establishments compliances
- Maintaining all the S&E licenses and renewals
- Applying for new licenses/amendments of existing licenses whenever its required
- Filing necessary returns related to S&E and other labour law related returns like POSH, Holiday notification etc.
- Knowledge of Factory compliance will be essential.
Contractors/ Sub contractor’s compliances
- Checking sub-contractors labour compliance
- Checking for necessary HR compliance related documents like PF, PT, ESIC, Salary registers, Attendance register etc.
Managing existing labour related Court cases
- Interactions with lawyers regarding Court cases
- Suggesting possible solution to settle existing cases
- Knowledge of union settlements & negotiations
- Handling necessary documentations with Unions, Courts and Government offices etc.
Audit, Other Activities, And HR Projects
- Handling audit queries and leading for closure.
- Knowledge of actuary valuation and coordination with Actuaries, Finance and audit team
- Drafting documentation in regards with disciplinary actions
- Handling HR projects
How You Will Do It
- Maintain necessary trackers to ensure all the due dates are met
- Consulting appropriate consultants/partners to suggest necessary solutions for any issue
- Developing process/SOPs to have a robust process map in place
- Continuous improvement mind set is must
What We Look For
- Minimum : Graduate degree in any stream/LLB + Diploma in DLL & LW is Must
- Minimum : 8-10 years’ experience is relevant area
- Minimum: Experience in handling PF, PT, ESI, LWF and other compliance notices and handling their closures etc.
- Essential: MBA in HR
